Kym Stine-Warnick has been a student of the human body for over three decades. Kym offers a variety of body therapy techniques that allow the body to repair, relax and recover, helping to restore balance within the body. Each session is specifically designed for the individual needs and comfort of the client. 

Kym's credentials include:

• Baltimore School of Massage, graduate, with honors
• Maryland State Certified Massage Therapist
• Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
• Certified Reflexologist
• Reiki III Level Master
• American Massage Therapy Association member
• Pennsylvania Body Therapy Association member
• Masters of Science degree in Exercise Physiology
• Exercise Specialist Certification
• Health and Physical Education Instruction
• 23 years of coaching & training athletes.

Body Therapy Services Include:

• Swedish Relaxation Massage – is used to relieve sore muscles, increasecirculation and to promote an overall sense of well-being.
• Deep Tissue Massage – is beneficial for muscle pain and chronic tightness. Deep tissue massage helps to facilitate muscle repair.
• Myofascial Technique – is applied to release connective tissue restrictionsallowing for greater flexibility and decreased pain.
• Foot Reflexology - is the ancient practice of using pressure points on the feetto promote healing and revitalize the entire body.
• Reiki Energy Healing – uses the natural energy of the body to promote health,healing, balance and overall well-being.  Reiki relieves stress, aids in relaxationand restores energy.
• Combination Body Therapy– of above techniques are applied in the treatment sessionto provide the maximum benefits for specific needs.
